history

↣ The famous Greek goddess born from Zeus and Leto, and forever linked to her brother Apollo.

↣ Spent most of her time off Mount Olympus or amid humans and deities, preferring to stay in the wild mountains with her nymphs and other devotees; only to appear when called upon unlike most of her family who have dwellings of their own.

↣ Centuries passed in her nomadic lifestyle, taking in any stray nymph, maiden or creature who shared the same values, and casting aside those who strayed from the path or let their desires ruin them.

↣ As the world changed, so did Artemis. No longer did she see herself being chosen by the fates to be a midwife, and leaned more and more into the huntress within.

↣ She found other ways to help those she deemed fit, and found ways to continue her preferred lifestyle despite the world abandoning her worship. There will always be young maidens needing her guidance, always animals to hunt or hunt with, and always more mountains yet to be explored.

↣ With the wilds diminishing every year in the mortal realm, the invitation to a vast untamed wilderness in the new world attracted her much more than anything else. Her powers might be diminishing, but Artemis - currently using the alias Diana Teresi - has always been a survivor.
